Hope House is a groundbreaking women's residential discipleship center dedicated to transforming the lives of women struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Our one-year discipleship program offers a structured environment where healing, growth, and empowerment can flourish. This vital ministry is a divine vision from Pastor Caleb, Lead Pastor at Remnant Church, aiming to address the pressing needs of our community.

The Need for Hope House

Georgia faces significant challenges related to substance abuse. According to the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities:

  • Approximately 12% of Georgians aged 12 and older reported past-month illicit drug use.
  • In Ware County, the impact is even more pronounced, with rising rates of overdose and alcohol-related incidents. The need for resources tailored specifically for women is critical:
  •  Many women in our community feel isolated and trapped in cycles of addiction.
  •  Limited access to recovery programs further exacerbates the problem, making a center like Hope House essential for fostering change.

A Safe Haven for Women

Hope House will provide:

  • Accommodations for Up to 16 Women: Our facility is designed to house 16 women at a time, allowing for a close-knit community that promotes shared experiences and support.
  • Comprehensive Discipleship Program: Participants will engage in a structured program focusing on spiritual growth, life skills, counseling, and practical workshops.
  • Holistic Recovery Approach: We emphasize mental, emotional, and spiritual healing, equipping women to overcome their challenges and build fulfilling lives.

Partnership with Shane's Crib

Hope House is proud to partner with Shane's Crib, an established organization dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery. Under the leadership of Director Cheryl Mainor, this collaboration will enhance the resources and support available to our residents, providing them with a stronger foundation for lasting change.
